We honestly couldn't be happier here. The environment here is awesome, and they are super pet friendly. The front desk staff has been super helpful anytime we needed anything- especially Skye. The maintenance staff has also been especially helpful and responsive- big kudos to Harley. :) Thanks y'all!

Of course I always read reviews before going into an apartment but I just want to say thank you to Skye for helping my moving in process go smooth. These apartments are well kept up and whenever I need maintenance they always get everything done in a timely manner.

I want to give a huge and heartfelt shoutout to Daniella Salinas. From the moment I arrived at the Spring Apartments, I was welcomed with real, genuine kindness — not something you come across often. Daniella has a rare, positive energy that you can feel right away. What truly sets her apart is that she doesn’t just show up to clock in and clock out — you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does, the people here, and the community she’s helping build. That level of authenticity and dedication is extremely rare to find nowadays. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and the pride she takes in this place make a huge difference. Because of her, I’m proud to call this home. Thank you again, Daniella, for everything you do — it truly does not go unnoticed.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation! I want to give the highest recognition to Skye at The Springs Apartments—she truly deserves it. From the moment you walk into the office, she greets you with a warm smile and a welcoming spirit that instantly makes you feel at home. Skye goes above and beyond every single time. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect for people really stand out. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings such positive energy and truly cares about the residents and guests. The Springs Apartments is a clean, safe, and beautiful community, and that reflects the amazing staff behind it. Skye is a big part of what makes this place special. Huge shoutout to Skye—thank you for being so awesome and for treating everyone with such kindness and respect. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place that feels like home!

I had a great two-year stay at The Springs in Fresno. Skye from the office was fantastic, professional yet friendly and very responsive to our requests. The apartment was well-maintained. The location is very close to River Parks Shopping Center and Woodward Park. I highly recommend The Springs to anyone looking for a temporary (or permanent) home in Fresno.

I’m very impressed with this apartment complex, the ladies in office are always on it, if something needs to be fixed in my unit maintenance is very quick and helpful . I appreciate the urgency these ladies and maintenance have. 👍
