The Springs Apartments is a wonderful place to live! Iâve been here for about three to four years now, and my experience has been consistently positive. The staff are always kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make the community feel welcoming by organizing fun events for residents throughout the year. For example, last year they hosted an Easter egg hunt and a trunk-or-treat for Halloween. Even small touches, like having treats and toys for pets available in the office, show how thoughtful they are toward everyone who lives here. The Springs is also very pet-friendly, which has been a huge plus for me. There are pet waste stations with doggy bags throughout the complex, making it easy to clean up after my dog.
A highlight I like is the maintenance team. Whenever something breaks or an issue comes up, they respond quickly and handle it efficiently and give multiple proper notices before entering the house and about what they're doing around the apartments. If the water has to be shut off there's a lot of notices of when it will be turned off and for how long compared to the old staff which was terrible at that and turned the water off without any notice.There's a monthly newsletter telling us the events and major projects happening that month. they just redid one of the pools and gave it new furniture too. its very nice and there is a gym. Overall I love living here and are thankful for our wonderful staff :)
