CHOOSE A FLOOR PLAN

FILL OUT AN ONLINE APPLICATION
Once you've found a layout that works for you, it's time to fill out an application. You'll need to fill out the entire application leaving no question blank. What you'll need:
Identification (Driver's license, passport, or other proof of residency.)
Paystubs / Bank Statements
References / Rental History
A background check, as well as a credit check, may also be done as part of the application process. For this, you will need your social security number. After you have submitted your online application, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE-IN DAY
Once your application has come back approved, you will then schedule your move-in date with a leasing consultant from the office. They will let you know about all the items you will need to bring in on move-in day. This will include rental insurance and any other documents needed for accounts you will need to set up.
E-SIGN YOUR LEASE
Now its time to E-sign sign your lease. A link will be sent to your email for you to E-sign your rental agreement. Be sure to read the lease in its entirety so you know what to expect while living at The Springs. If you have any questions or concerns about the lease please contact our office. We will be happy to go over it with you in detail.
PICK UP YOUR KEYS
Congratulations! Once you've E-signed your lease, you're ready to pick up your keys on your scheduled move-in day! Although we are limiting face to face time, we are always here for you and want to keep all of our residents safe during this time. We want you to know you can call us at any time. Welcome to your new home!
