This place is an absolute nightmare! Management and Maintenance run it like a welfare office. They act like theyâre doing you a favor by allowing you to pay them to live in these substandard conditions. I have lived here for three months. In that time weâve had water shut off six times and had to beg to get adequate pest control service. Between the roach infestations, the maintenance supervisorâs botched repair jobs, and the staff you canât help but feel like youâre living in Candy Manâs Cabrini Green. And donât get me started on the lake that runs through the property. Itâs empty except for a few inches of sludge. Itâs gross, but the mosquitoes seem to love it. Itâs a real West Nile breeding ground. They really should call this place âThe Swampsâ because the only things âSpringâ-ing up around here are the roaches, some mold, sewage, and drain flies.
Attached are two photos of their mosquito motel. Iâm also posting an image of the clock on my stove. If you zoom in you can see the dead roaches lodged inside it. And donât get me started on what it took to get that replaced.
If only AMC Property Management spent more time hiring adequate staff and less time generating fake five-star Google reviewsâ¦Ugh!
