We had an issue with our toilet water running all night and contacted the management office. Elliot in maintenance came and fixed the toilet issue we were having and even went a step further and fixed the loose toilet seat without being asked. Thank you for taking care of this quickly and efficiently. It’s appreciated.

The water shut offs are ridiculous! All day with no running water. We pay so much to live here, I'm tired of it.

As I mentioned on my previous post, I was scheduled to move in on Nov. 11th, and 2 HOURS before our scheduled appt. to pick up my keys and move in I was told the unit promised wasn't available. They refunded everything except the application fee, but refuse to reimburse me for the money I spent for packing supplies, moving help and a moving truck, and time off work for the move ... all cost that were incurred because I was under the impression that I was moving.

I don't recommend applying here. I applied, was accepted signed a lease / move in agreement 2 weeks prior to my move in date and paid all me security and rent in advance to my move in. Only to be called 2 hours prior to picking up keys to be told that the unit I was renting was infested with roaches and not livable. They offered another floor plan that was more than the original unit, and would not budge negotiating price. The kitchen was literally a hallway. The contract was cancelled, but they refuse to pay for the movers that I had on stand by, the truck that was already loaded to go and/or my time I took off work for the move. I could have been homeless had it not been for my current landlord who was understanding.

Truthfully one of the worst apartment complex’s to live at, not only does management not keep the word of what they say when expressing concerns over basic issues. The whole complex is just run and maintained very poorly. The floor plan and apartments themselves are nice and spacious but the cons do not outweigh the pros by any means at all. I have lived here for 3 years and in that time my shower doors have fallen off, the A/C has broken, the fridge gave out (they expressed it wasn’t their problem) took forever to give us a replacement fridge. I’ve been lied too by management on more than one occasion. Like I said the apartment itself is actually nice, but paying almost 2000 a month for this townhome definitely is not worth it

I'm a resident here and I love it! I been living here at the springs for 1 yr and staff has been nothing but amazing, management definitely does everything to make residents happy!

They did not allow a walk through prior to signing. Noticed immediately of roaches. Notified office when we first moved in. Developed into an infestation. We had to rid of all our personal belongings-furniture I haven’t finished paid off yet, PlayStation, XBox, printers, tvs, sound bars, beds, Nespresso machines, home decor, plants. Literally everything was infested and we lost all of it. My 6 year old and I have them crawling on us when we are sleeping. She doesn’t feel comfortable in her own home and begs me not to be here. We notified them we had a lawyer and were advised to not pay last month’s rent, as we were moving out. They then sent us an eviction notice. They made attempts in the roach infestation only after I told them I would be contacting the health department. The garage ceiling also leaks, the plumbing sucks and leaks as well, our apartment was broken into, and everything is poorly managed. This complex has caused financial and emotional burdens and its no wonder they have to offer us incentives to even get any good reviews for this place. Don’t make the same mistakes we did. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

We have been living here at The Springs for 2 years going on 3 and can not complain! Definitely a great community to live in! Never had any problems or issues! Melissa the property Manager is awesome! Always ready to hear you and adres any concern you have! Office staff they have now is also very very kind and always on top of everything! We live in a 1 bedroom town home and it is the best! Really cozy a great place to call home! They always try their best to have the place clean and professional! If you’re looking for a place to call home this is the place!!
