Very bad experience here. You can be the cleanest person in the world and your apartment will still be infected by roaches everywhere. Literally, we had roaches walking on the kitchen counters and stove. The pictures they have on their website is nothing to what it actually looks like. The âpondsâ they have are really dirty and dry the whole 2+ years I have been here they never had water or have been cleaned. The parking is horrible and they never adres it. The dumpsters are never cleaned up and attracts homeless. Do not believe all the good reviews on here and the 5 stars. They do raffles for their tenants. If we leave a good review on google, Facebook and yelp they put you in a raffle for gift cards, movie tickets or what so ever. So everyone just puts the good review to get in the raffles. It is definitely not worth what you pay for. The office staff they have now is very friendly and helpful. But the ones before were very rude. If your paying almost $1,500 for one bedroom do it somewhere else. They never fix their gates either so they are always open any one can come in and out.
