Our family moved into a 3 bed 2 bath bottom level apartment the end of June. It is very spacious & the kids love having a pool for those warm days. Management is helpful & friendly. Thanks to the staff who keep the grounds nice & fixes everything. It's close to walking trails, shops & the kids schools. We enjoy living here & recommend checking it out.

2 bed Townhome is spacious. Expect apartment life, thin walls & the smell of marijuana. I have two little ones so having their room reek of that was not great. Two biggest complaints; Cockroaches! They do have the property sprayed but that effects the grounds & not your unit. When asked for pest control specifically with the roaches, I was told there was nothing that could be done. Good luck finding parking after 5pm unless you are able to use your garage.

Looks nice driving by at a distance and speeding by. That’s about it. I literally just stopped by as my emails weren’t answered. I did a lap around the complex to observe and get a feel if it’s even worth bothering going in to see more. It wasn’t. Most units exterior siding is falling apart. The walkway area to the pool looked beat up. Almost everyone’s garage door is crumbling at the bottom portions. If not many tenants garage doors are left wide open and I can see piles of junk or trash which leads me to suspect possible bug/rodent issues. I also saw some tenants leave their trash directly outside their doors. For sure bug problem. Just as the pictures others submitted - The back dumpster was surrounded by trash, clutter and debris all over the place in that area. Ponds were empty as well. I witnessed a couple tenants sitting in camping chairs in the parking lot drinking beers 10 in the morning… wow. I noticed a lot of car that appear haven’t moved in a very long time covered in dust. And then I came around the exit and pass a guy sitting in his vehicle revving it up, just blasting music with no regard for the other people that live there. NO THANKS! Just a warning for others looking! Keep looking not worth it!

Lived there for 5 years. Have been gone for 2 years. All the most recent reviews and pictures show the same situation when we lived there. Management changed, and it just went down hill. Absolutely awful complex now, as you can see by the pictures and reviews. Notice management responds to every negative comment and deflects, or tries to put the blame on the reviewer. Don’t rent here, go somewhere else, you will be sorry.

The office hours state that they are open on Saturdays until 4p, but I came to the office at 3p today (a Saturday), and the office is closed. If hours have been changed, an update to the website and hours posted on the office door would be helpful.
