Horrible managment. Bad property. Can barely keep the water on consistently for more than a month. You will often have to deal with water outages, sometimes for multiple days, with minimal notification. Management will tow your car for any reason you give them, and immediately. Even a car 10 days out of its registration will get towed and cost the renter 400+. Management has roofs and gutters blown out without any notice whatsoever, so any belongings in patio areas as well as the entire patio itself gets covered in mud, WITHOUT WARNING. Overall, poor quality of apartments and the management is very poor itself, since they are severely disconnected from their renters. DO NOT RENT HERE. I have been living here for 8+ years, and I've even worked as a renovator for their apartments, which are in VERY poor condition. This is the best advice you will ever come across.

If your gonna spend over $1,200 on rent do it somewhere they don't turn off the water once a month for repairs. I've lived here almost 4 years and this has been the one constant. literally at least once a month between 8am-5pm no water. sometimes a weeks notice sometimes not till the day of and you wake up with no water. to lazy to deal with the hassle of moving again so don't risk it and avoid this place. building are just too old and management doesn't put in the money to really fix anything just stick a band aid on them.
