As others have said, care for the property is all but non-existent and management displays only the coldest indifference 4 times in 2020 our water was shut-off for "maintenance" each time it was off for hours 3 of these times was during the current pandemic

Lived here for about two or three years now. Maintenance always almost never comes the day they say they’re going to unless I remind them at the office and had some issues with different stuff breaking/not working properly and now I get a pink piece of paper put in my mailbox saying VACANT when it’s clearly not causing me to have a late PG and E bill. It’s still a decent enough place to live other then that.
