My experience has been great. The apartment is gorgeous and the management Nina is very professional and friendly. I would certainly recommend leasing at the Springs Apartments.

Read the positive reviews, they are mostly fake There is zero parking, only move here is you only plan on riding a bike The ponds have not been maintained in at least two years, they are mosquito swamps Horrible maintenance, it takes months before any needed repairs are addressed, and it is usually done incorrectly at that. And they keep raising prices, no more!

I've been here a year and a half and have really appreciated the property. If the units were newer we couldn't afford to be here. Office is friendly and helpful, maintenance is right on any issues. So spacious and pet friendly, amazing location. Parking isn't an issue here towards the back. Garages attached to units, washer and drier hookups. Laundry room has app. Can pay rent online. We won't be moving any time soon.

There was ZERO parking and the manager told us that was not her problem and we had our cars towed. She told us no parking in front of our garages and that it wasn’t her problem. Our neighbors have 6 people, all with cars, alternating parking spaces, holding them, although they have garages, and we’re having to pay for our cars although we can’t find anywhere else to park. Management is the worst. Our fridge broke the first week here, the countertop isn’t even glued down, and all parking spaces are taken although there’s still quite some vacancy. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
