Terrible !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FIND SOMETHING ELSE!!! To start off , one of the office staff will be nice and real you in, then later on they turn very rude and unbusiness like , the complex is infested with roaches , theyâll advertise a new apt to you and give you and outdated one , theyâll tell you you can only park in your garage and not the parking lot, the gates are constantly broke even though we pay to live in a gated community , mail is constant getting stolen off peoples porches my water is off atleast 3 times a month because they have plumbing issues and my water in my shower smells like wrotten egg the ponds are never filled because they have a bad mosquito problem and donât want to pay to clean the water I can go on for days , most unprofessional property I have ever dealt with

Dont get me wrong of course i read into the reviews before hand just to help with my apartment search, but one thing for me.....I did not encounter anything as bad as the reviews made it seem. & i can reassure that no one made me do a review either! Although i just recently leased with The Springs, thus far..SKYE has been professional and friendly the whole step of the way. Very patient as well with all the questions i even had. Props to her for reals. She follows policy rules that pertains to the apartment very fairly and is always reassuring that if i had any question after move in that i can always call or come into the office. I intent to leave an update for later but as of the moment my experience so far with the leasing process has not been a disappointing one.

Water (toilet/shower) is always being randomly shut off, and sometime we get a warning a day before itâs shut off, however we are paying way too much money for the water to be shut off period. It used to be a quiet apt, newer neighbors with no consideration for other tenants are being allowed in, with ghetto kids and ghetto adults screaming at full volume outside all the time, kids being unsupervised without adults, lawnmowers making a huge ruckus in the mornings, those that work nights probably wonât want to live here at all. Trash cans are always surrounded by trash, seems like people choose to refuse to throw trash into the actual trash can. An apartment recently burnt down, and theyâre just leaving it there, looks so bad. And some tenants are having the police come and bang on their door late at night quite often. What is going on with the Springs? Will be looking for a new apartment asap

Skye at front desk is a really nice lady. Whenever I have a question or maintenance request she is on it.

Iâve been here for about six months Zachary one of the managers who help me apply and get approved is very nice and helpful from beginning to end with the whole process, answered any questions and all concerns I needed. He is a lovely guy. The apartment is very spacious lots of countertop, which I love even though we canât use the fireplace. It is nice to have and accommodates the apartment. If you have any concerns with anything being broken, or need to be fixed a ll you have to do is put in a work order and they fix it in a timely matter. Fresh paint and new carpet and clean floors upon move in, having a two car garage is a plus and very spacious patio area with a separate washer and dryer hook up love it. The pool and Jacuzzi is nice. Pluse the gym! I just wish the Jacuzzi was a little cleaner to feel comfortable to get in and worked. The pond is not working have been told itâs going to be fixed in the future. It would be nice to see it up and running, we recently had the park taken down because I believe itâs being rebuilt, which would be nice, for the children. There are water shut offs but you are informed days before so you can be prepared. I recommend applying here if youâre looking for a nice area dog friendly and spacious place to live. Also itâs nice and quiet. I donât have any problems with noise from neighbors.

The water fixture they were going to fix has been filled with trash and sewage for three years. They shut off your water monthly due to how poorly designed and upkeep their plumbing is. They'll charge your trash bill for their own dumping of ovens and appliances and the dumping of units not even in your building. And they towed a disabled persons car and we're forced to go against doctors orders to get it back.
