We still like living here but we are disappointed. I'm not angry I just don't understand why they don't refill the pond area outside our balcony. I mean we do pay a good amount for rent and this is part of what we pay for. We pay for upkeep of the grounds etc and for all things to look and work properly. The pond area was drained and cleaned but never refilled. I understand it will cost money to fill it with the turn of a valve but what's the point of having it and showing that picture on your site if your not going to use it?? I mean heck, I should get a discount on rent technically if it's not on display. We have family coming from MI this weekend and we get to show them an empty pond that ducks use to swim through and splash in. Pretty ugly eyesore now. ðOn a good note kuddos to the groundskeepers, they do amazing work.
The springs is a good place to live. We moved here from across the country and the process was pretty much painless. The staff were very accommodating helping us from so far away. We love our apartment, it's just what we needed. We love having a good size balcony overlooking one of the ponds. It is close to everything that we want, Woodward park is right down the street, riverpark a few minute drive. It's in a great location, for us it can't get much better location wise. Maintenance does very well considering how many apartments are here. I will say some of the residents don't clean up after there pets and overload the dumpsters but you will have that everywhere you go. We just wish the water was flowing in the little ponds. I'm leaving a 5 star review because we do love living here and we haven't had any major problems only minor maintenance issues and when we have they addressed it immediately.
