This place is terrible to say the least.. do not move here! There is mold in every units kitchen tons of things don't work well, our sink broke several times, but thats not even the worst part, multiple times a week the sewage will leak up from the drains because they refuse to fix their plumbing! There is also a militias tow truck here every-night, like i said do not move here, it ie obvious that they are slum lords!

Really enjoyed our time living at the Springs. The Staff was always ready to answer questions, and get things done; and the complex was quiet. Our children were enrolled at the schools nearby and I had no issues letting them play with their friends outside with limited supervision. Unfortunately the construction of the apartment was poor, and the unit we had (they were slowly updating all the units while we lived there) had an older inefficient Air Conditioning, and heating unit that rattled the entire apartment when it was on, and had a large cost to run (300-400$ on one electric bill to keep the apartment @ 78 degrees in the summer). Fortunately, the apartments were designed for passive solar and we only had one really bad month where we needed the air-conditioning.
