Read the positive reviews, they are mostly fake There is zero parking, only move here is you only plan on riding a bike The ponds have not been maintained in at least two years, they are mosquito swamps Horrible maintenance, it takes months before any needed repairs are addressed, and it is usually done incorrectly at that. And they keep raising prices, no more!

The location is awesome. Everything is convenient and the commute from my job and kids school is close by. The staff is always so kind and helpful. the only issues is trying to get parking but other than that it works for me.

I'm going to give this place one star because I feel bad and the maintenance guy that gave us a tour of the apartment was really nice. But the manager seemed like she didn't even want to be bothered to even show us the apartment. She sent us with her maintenance guy I have never seen anything like it. Very unprofessional the property had trash every where. Would definitely not rent here after such a bad first impression.

This apartment was well located and a decent price but very dated. When my son moved out, we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. He never even used the stovetop or oven. The only thing that needed cleaning was the carpet. They kept our damage deposit and said it was for cleaning, painting and something about screens even though he never opened a window. If you plan on leaving, might as well leave the place filthy because you will not get your deposit back. I believe this is against the law and plan on reporting them to the BBB. So my son did reach out and Melissa absolutely was no help. when he explained that general wear and tear was not grounds for withholding your deposit, she disagreed. We plan to pursue this further.
