This apartment was well located and a decent price but very dated. When my son moved out, we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. He never even used the stovetop or oven. The only thing that needed cleaning was the carpet. They kept our damage deposit and said it was for cleaning, painting and something about screens even though he never opened a window. If you plan on leaving, might as well leave the place filthy because you will not get your deposit back. I believe this is against the law and plan on reporting them to the BBB

Everything was ready for us when we got here from out of state. The apartment had been cleaned and inspected. Keys worked, remotes worked. Great experience with a great staff.

Run. Awful place to live. They turned off water for the millionth time for five straight days during thanksgiving then put a notice on our doors that âongoing constructionâ does not permit an rent adjustment or reimbursement right before Christmas. Well Merry Christmas to you too boo.... P.S. thereâs something called implied warranty of habitability.
