The Springs is an old complex that has a lot of issues. It's in a great location and the schools are awsome.The outside looks nice but most units are outdated inside. They have severe plumbing issues with main water leaks, so look to have your water shut off at least once a month. They will not compensate for inconvenience, and you will most likely pay more on your utility bill. When its time to move out they will fight for every dime of your deposit even though you leave the unit better than you recieved it, so don't count on getting your deposit back. It's just a typical crooked place to rent. But the area's nice. As for the managers response to this review. No matter how you gift wrap a dog turd, it's still a piece of.....

(This should get no stars but I have to put one for me to post it).First I have to say this place is terrible. For where it’s at and what I and others pay is totally inconsiderate. When we first got into the house the A/C was broken the door bell did not work the handle to the downstairs toilet handle kept on coming off and the stove kept stopping because they did not wire it correctly. They fixed it the second time from the complaint we sent them. One of the lakes here is drained and has not been filled for a long time. I could go on about what they did not fix when the people came to fix everything and what they still have not fixed. This review is for the people who think of considering to call this place thier next home because it is the total opposite of a home it is more of a cramped up prison of sort.

It's quite and very clean and i find it very peaceful sense i and my family as moved in. Hoping to stay and prediapate in your weight room and the quite walks around the site. Thank you for my family to join you and the families that are residing here. God bless and take care to all your families.

Moved into The Springs in 2013 and we wish we could of stayed till our daughter finished Kastner but a great opportunity came up to move so we took it. I have to say the girls in the office are strict but I can honestly say they are sweethearts. My daughter forgot her keys once and the girls in the office kept her in the office made sure she had water and A/C and let her use there phone to call me so I could get her in the house and still checked on her to make sure she made it home safely. The maintenance guys are very respectful and great. Dan, Ben, and David were always great when coming into my unit for any repairs and even brought treats for them. We will definitely miss living here! If you are looking for a nice environment for the family with Clovis District Schools this is definitely a great place to move.
