Very disappointed with the property. The only real perk is the location. I moved in expecting beautiful refreshing Springs throughout the property with ducks and geese. Instead all the springs are dried out and have debris/trash in them. And the ducks use the pool because they removed the water from the springs. Needless to say, we don't use the pool because of this. The appliances in my unit are old and absolutely not energy efficient. My PG&E bill quadrupled since moving on to this property. Old fridge, old dishwasher. There is no microwave and honestly hardly any counter space for any additional appliances. So if you have a coffee maker, air fryer or toaster oven you don't have much space to put it You have to pay for water/sewage/trash that is added on to your rent. So this is The Springs, with no springs and you have to pay for water. I am still finding bad patch work done throughout my unit and I moved in like 3 months ago. They painted over a chewed up corner leading up the stairs from what looks like the previous tenants dog. They also painted over a damaged corner of a bathroom door. The cabinet wood work is frayed & sticky. The drawers in the kitchen & bathrooms oddly hang like they are not properly installed. In the patio it looks like they just painted over old wood paneling that looks like it was separating. I rated it a 2 because the staff is nice, it is dog friendly, its close to schools and I have a patio outside my bedroom.
