Hardly have extra parking if you come home after work. Not suitable for those who has two cars unless you have two cars garage.

Horrible place to live. I currently live here now. There is absolutely no parking avail. If u have more than one car DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. If you want to live in a complex without a lot of dangerous breeds coming after your dogs DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I don’t mind dangerous breeds but I specifically chose this place because those breeds were supposed to be restricted. I have had to document 5 different times I’ve seen a new tenant with a pit bull. Twice lunged toward me. Van has been towed do to zero parking. Apartment flooded becuase patio drain didn’t work and they never cleaned broken gutters so it creeped into my apartment and flooded everything in my garage. What do they do? Give me a fan to dry the wall. Toilets constantly overflowing after I take a piss and it flows to the downstairs ceiling onto my couch. Even though parking in front of your own garage bothers no one they put a sticker on your window that tears off in pieces. Managers are nice UNTIL THE DAY u move in then that’s out the window. They have attitude all day long. I’m filing a formal safety complaint with government and proper people about the dog issue and I’m leaving this place before I actually get bit by someone’s lose dog running around and trapped inside these prison apartments
