There are many many many reasons I do not like this place, but number 1 is: A drunk homeless lady attacked my friend with a knife when she was leaving my apartment at 11pm/12am. Not safe. I do not want my baby living here, will be moving out after lease ends.

This is by far the WORST apartment I have ever seen. I repeat, the WORST!!! Disgusting & uninhabitable. My mom and godmother rented a 3 bedroom for $1,500/month!!! From 2014-2017 they had a 2,600 sq ft 4 bed/3 bath rental on 1/3 acre in the very nice McCaffrey Treviso community off Grantland & Bullard, all for $1,800/month. After moving to the east coast they needed a rental and got stuck with this garbage apartment community. That was a $500K home, so for “The Springs” to charge $1,500/month for a rental that was infested with FLIES & FLEAS on move-in Day is beyond me. The plumbing wasn’t working for 2 days on their move-in weekend. The window screen was pried open & maintenance didn’t care to answer any questions when my mom asked about crime. The police were called out the same night & nobody from management seemed to give a damn. My mother watched my 2 small children for me during the day & the kids had flea bites all over their legs. Dogs from all over their building would walk around unleashed & poop right in front of my mother’s apartment door, in the grass area. This happened 24/7 and there were flies EVERYWHERE! It was by far the most disgusting apartment complex. They keep the grounds cut & the trees look pretty, but with the dogs everywhere, flies, fleas, poop everywhere & plumbing issues, my mom had to move out due to habitability issues that the management office never cared to address. Oh yeah, they sent her a bill for $7,000 when she moved out for a broken lease. She had to hire an attorney & file be filing suit soon, so don’t say you weren’t warned. Overpriced & just flat out disgusting. Not to mention the crime everywhere & random crackheads walking the grounds because the security gates broke down every other day. That’s right, the security gate was left wide open 24/7 for 2 days at a time until the gate was fixed. Also, all of those 5 star reviews are most likely FAKE. Read the real reviews. Pathetic managers have no other way to build up the rating of this place. Did I mention the wonderful customer service? Didn’t exist.

Only reason I did a 4 is because of the age they do have turn water off to fix plumbing. Other than that maintenance is awesome girls in office are nice. My apartment was cute and big considering it’s an apartment. Loved having a garage and the ducks are so cute!!
