Place was built in the 80s and it shows. Old appliances and carpet. Way too expensive. I pay almost $1300 a month and they can't even keep the washer/dryers working in the on site laundromat. Can't wait to move out.

Tried to view this apartment today. However they wouldn't because we didn't have an appointment. When asking what the amenities were they didn't know...

We have lived in this hell hole for 5 yrs. The rent goes up every year. Its gone from 1125 to 1426. For what?.... Every wall in our townhouse has a very poorly done patch jobs. The front door and back door was kicked in at one point before we moved in. Thd kitchen floor when we moved in was the original floor from the 80s. Tears, holes, filthy. Finally after complaining for almost a year got a new floor. Past termite damage on staircase.. it was painted over instead of patched properly... so i cou ld keep going but will stop there.
