Very active golf cart team whether it be maintenance or just drive bys it's always clean there and it's a great place to have one nice day after a one-night stand

The springs a great place to live in. The manager Pang and office staffs Danielle and Zach are always helpful when I have any questions regarding on my home. Maintenance Dan and Wally always there when something broken or need fixture. Clean and tidy apartments two pool area, kids play area and laundry if you don’t have your own is a plus plus..

I'm going to move in here soon and I gotta say it looks so beautiful why is it a 3.4 star rating? It should be five stars. Even with its own apartment pool! Im definitely moving in the springs

The staff here are great . They are very accommodating and if you have a question they will provide the answer. I have been here a short time and the place is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The apartments are being up graded and it's got this feelings of you are at home . There is no shortage of kindness. It's like living in the mountains with a breath of fresh air.

I tried to use my section 8 voucher here. They gave me a move in date and I signed a lease stating that I had to move in no matter what. The day before I was set to move in I was denied because the manager didn’t want to negotiate the rent. I tried to pay the $50 that they wanted extra for a whole year so they wouldn’t miss out on anything and the manager said no. This was at the end of August 2023. Now fast forward 2 months later and they lower the rent by like $200-$300 because they are having trouble renting out the apartments lol. They tried to raise it up so section 8 tenats wouldn’t qualify now look at them. Desperate to rent out their homes. I found a way better place now anyways, I’m glad I dodged a bullet. These people are money hungry smh and the units are out of date !! Also good luck finding a park here since there isn’t any guest parking !!
