Thinking about moving here? Dont. These places are so insanely overpriced, the managers are delusional. I'm convinced they don't want anyone to live here because who would when they seem to increase the rent every month without actually doing anything to increase the value of the apartments.
Everything is outdated and from the 70s/80s. They'll tell you your apartment will be remodeled before move in and then it's not and all of your 30 year old appliances barely work. And the walls are cracking.
And of course the water being shut off monthly is a huge, nonstop issue.
There's no insulation in the apartments at all so add on a $300-700 PG&E bill on top of rent in the summers even if you barely use the AC. There's homeless people that have no problem harassing you and digging through the trash. The amount of fires they've started is completely ridiculous.
Also don't believe the five star reviews. They incentivise them by doing monthly, vague giveaways if you leave a 5 star review.
The only good thing about this place is the maintenance staff.
Edit: peep how they miraculously only have 5 stars review on their website. That should tell you what kind of of scheming people run this place.
