This place is terrible. No matter what is reported, nothing changes.
Heads-up: The water is shut off at least once a month, all day, sometimes into the night. The interior is from 1981, have zero upgrades but theyâre continually raising the rent. The girls in the office are INCREDIBLY RUDE. Skye treats you as though youâre stupid for reporting anything. All of the girls are extremely condescending, however sheâs the worst in my opinion. For this reason we only contact the office for emergent issues. These apartments should (& will) be reported to the housing authority as the entire insides of them are falling apart, thereâs a fireplace that you canât use. A rat or mouse chewed its way up into our vehicle. Dogs bark all night. You have to have a parking pass for visitors and you have to request a new one each time. Plan to miss work to be able to receive it, as they will not give you a standing pass for all of your future guests. It is a temporary daily one. If you donât have a pass, youâll get towed. The amount of unhoused people seen here is unreal. Thereâs a ridiculous amount of police activity on the premises. Our packages are constantly stolen. They need to put a gate around the entire complex, not just entrance and exit gates. Help keep the riffraff out. You canât get ahold of management company to report onsite employee behavior or other large issues. Not worth the amount of money we pay to live uncomfortably because of the attitudes by the office staff. They need an entire office overhaul to replace with new employees who understand and appreciate their tenants, as they are the ones who help fund their paychecks. We wouldnât recommend.
