Amazing experience from the moment i contacted the springs! 10/10 customer service. Special shout out to Daniella for all her help! I already love the apartment complex. Would definitely recommend this place!

Harley is the best maintenance person at the springs. She is professional, skilled and friendly. She always says good morning and she even remembers my dogs name and tells them good morning as well. I hope her boss realizes how much of an asset she is.

The 5 stars are specifically for Harley in maintenance. She is hardworking, kind, respectful, and has always been great to me and my girlfriend. She is easily the best part of our experience at The Springs. Unfortunately, management has been very difficult to deal with, especially when trying to transfer or relocate to another unit. Communication has often felt rude and unnecessarily complicated. Harley deserves the recognition, but I would recommend doing your research before moving here.

HARLEY DESERVES ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 STARS 💯 Im not one for leaving reviews, but this woman deserves every bit of my appreciation! ​ I have lived here for a little over three years, and without a doubt, the absolute best part of my entire experience has been HARLEY on the maintenance team. ​As the only woman on the maintenance crew, she stands out in every single way. Harley consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. She doesn’t just fix thingS, she genuinely cares. Whether it’s helping out our household, being patient and kind with my family and the kids, or even being sweet and attentive around our cats, her presence makes this place truly feel like home. ​She has an authentic, warm, and incredible personality combined with top-tier work ethic. Finding someone so well-rounded, reliable, and truly phenomenal at what they do is rare. We feel so fortunate to have her here, and management needs to know what an irreplaceable asset she is. 💯 Thank you, Harley, for everything you do! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH 💜🩷🩵💛🧡

Apartments are well maintained and the staff is great. The office sends out monthly newsletters with any scheduled maintenance and reminders. They also host various community events for all residents. Sky and Harley are always a big help, going above and beyond.
